Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day on which you, or a third party named by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
Note: The statutory model withdrawal text is reflected here in substance. A final legal review against the current FAGG is required before going live.
Right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. by email) of your decision. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you (including delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered) without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to (a) sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 18 (1) (5) FAGG); (b) goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (§ 18 (1) (4) FAGG); and (c) goods which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items (§ 18 (1) (6) FAGG). Opened or unsealed CBD consumer products are therefore excluded from return.
