Terms & Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through this shop. The contracting party is the company indicated in the Imprint above, with seat in Austria.

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts that consumers conclude via this online shop with the company named in the Imprint (hereinafter “we”). The version valid at the time of the order applies. Deviating terms of the customer are rejected unless we expressly agree to them in writing.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. Orders are permitted only to persons of full age (18 years or older); age confirmation takes place during the checkout process.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are in euros and include statutory value-added tax. For deliveries to other EU member states, VAT is shown and remitted at the rate of the destination country under the EU One-Stop-Shop scheme (OSS). Any shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before the order is completed.
4. Payment
Payment is processed via our payment service provider; the payment methods offered are shown during checkout. The purchase price is due for payment upon conclusion of the contract. In the event of late payment, statutory provisions apply.
5. Delivery
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer within the EU countries we serve. Stated delivery times are non-binding unless expressly designated as binding. As these are CBD products, delivery to certain countries may be excluded for legal reasons; a corresponding notice is given at the latest during checkout.
6. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
7. Warranty and liability
The statutory warranty provisions (§§ 922 et seq. of the Austrian Civil Code, ABGB) apply. Our liability for damage caused by slight negligence is excluded — except for personal injury and claims under the Product Liability Act — to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions remain unaffected.
8. Consumer right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act (FAGG). The details, the model withdrawal form and the exceptions to the right of withdrawal — in particular for goods sealed for reasons of hygiene/health protection once the seal has been removed — are set out in the Right of Withdrawal notice.
9. Data protection
Personal data is processed solely in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Affiliate/tracking cookies are set only with explicit consent.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and the conflict-of-law rules of private international law. For consumers, the mandatory protective provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is — to the extent legally permissible — the seat of the company; for consumers, the statutory places of jurisdiction apply.
